Yep, the tween and teenage years can be tough. Brain development, need for challenge, growth, and establishing who they are. I have developed a suite of programs to make young people feel safe, seen and heard in the family home. I can't stop the weather, but we can learn to dance in the rain....together.

Based on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia.

I pay my respects to the Kaurna people, original custodians of the land I live, work and play on. I acknowledge their long history of storytelling and connection to country.
Always was, always will be.
